How much will it cost to deliver my order?

We send our orders directly from our supplier, at a flat rate of $9.99 per order. This allows us to offer thousands of items for sale and deliver them to you as quickly as possible. We use express post for all purchases and many orders will arrive the next day if purchased before 4pm.

How will my order be delivered and will my privacy be respected?

At Discretion Adult Store we understand the need for privacy. Your order will be delivered discreetly via express post, and no Discretion Adult Store markings or brandings will be visible on the parcel itself. Packaging will consist of a 'boring' box, wrapped securely to protect all contents and your privacy.

What areas do you deliver to?

What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

If there is no one at the address given to accept delivery, our postal company will take your parcel to the nearest depot and leave a card allowing you to either collect at your own convenience, or arrange for the order to be delivered again. Your order will carry no indication of the supplier and you will not need to mention Discretion Adult Store in order to pick-up your package.

Will you guarantee to respect my privacy and not use any personal information I provide in any way?

Only a selection of manufacturers provide batteries with their products. Individual product descriptions on our website will indicate if batteries are included and what size are specified. If batteries are not provided, they can be purchased with your order by clicking the batteries category under lubricants and accessories.

What format are your DVD's?

All of our DVD's are able to be played on Australian DVD players. We do not deal or sell bootleg or copied DVD's of any kind. They are all original and are of the best possible quality available.
